2. Acceptance of terms
By submitting an enquiry form, completing enrolment, or attending a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not enrol.
Courses are intended for individuals aged 18 or over. By enrolling, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
3. Course descriptions
Neuralaya offers the following Courses, described in detail on our website:
- Working with Language Model APIs — a four-week short course (RM 890)
- Weekend Intensive: Fine-Tuning Small Models — a two-day intensive (RM 1,340)
- Machine Learning Engineering Programme — a 20-week part-time programme (RM 4,600)
Course descriptions include prerequisites, workload, scope, and what is not covered. We reserve the right to update syllabi between cohorts where the field has changed materially. We will notify enrolled learners of significant changes before the affected cohort begins.
Sessions are delivered live online. Recordings are made available to enrolled learners. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Learner responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring you meet the stated prerequisites before enrolling.
- You must treat other learners and instructors with respect during sessions and in cohort channels.
- You must not share access credentials or recordings with people who have not enrolled in the same cohort.
- You must not reproduce or distribute Materials outside the purposes permitted in these terms.
- For the ML Engineering Programme, you agree to participate in good faith in the technical conversation before enrolment and to disclose your actual background accurately.
5. Intellectual property
All Course materials — including session recordings, written curriculum, and evaluation tooling — are owned by Neuralaya unless otherwise stated. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Materials for your own learning and professional work. This licence does not include the right to resell, republish, or redistribute Materials.
Repositories, notebooks and evaluation harnesses that you write during a Course are your work and your property. Neuralaya retains no rights over code you produce as a learner.
6. Payment and refund policy
Payment
Payment is due in full before the first session of your cohort unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods listed on our enrolment confirmation. All amounts are in MYR.
Cancellation by learner
If you cancel more than 14 days before the first session of your cohort, we will refund your payment in full. If you cancel within 14 days of the first session, no refund is provided, though we will make recordings available to you where they exist.
Cancellation by Neuralaya
If we cancel a cohort for any reason, enrolled learners receive a full refund or a transfer to an equivalent future cohort, at your choice.
7. Course-specific terms
All Courses
- Recordings are made available to enrolled learners for the duration of the cohort period, and thereafter at our discretion.
- Written feedback on exercises or projects is provided within the timelines stated in the course description.
- A completion record is provided on request at the end of a Course.
Fine-Tuning Intensive
- Compute credits are provided for use during the two-day intensive only. Unused credits do not carry over.
- Places are limited to 16 participants. Confirmation of your place is made at enrolment.
ML Engineering Programme
- Enrolment is subject to completion of a technical conversation, at Neuralaya's discretion.
- If Neuralaya determines after enrolment that a material misrepresentation was made during the technical conversation, we reserve the right to cancel enrolment with a partial refund proportional to sessions not yet attended.
8. Disclaimers
Courses are provided as educational content. We describe what each Course covers, how it is structured, and what you will produce. We make no claim about employment, income, career progression, or any other outcome following completion of a Course.
Materials are provided "as is". We do not warrant that code examples, evaluation tooling, or notebooks are free from errors, or that they will function in all environments.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Neuralaya's total liability to you in connection with any Course is limited to the amount you paid for that Course. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
10. Termination
We may remove a learner from a cohort without refund if they breach these terms — in particular, if they share access credentials, harass other learners or instructors, or distribute Materials without permission.
You may withdraw from a Course at any time subject to the refund policy in section 6.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us at [email protected] first. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of receiving written notice.
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
12. General

- Severability: If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
